Terms and Conditions for Spotz & Spotz Business Apps

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Spotz mobile applications (the “User App” and the “Business App”) and related services provided by Spotz (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using either app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps.

1. Scope of Services

  • Spotz (User App): Enables customers to book taxis, order food, reserve hotels, explore casinos, rent cars, access health and other lifestyle services.
  • Spotz Business (Vendor App): Enables businesses to register, manage services, market through tools (banners, push notifications, geofencing), and subscribe to Silver, Gold, or Platinum plans.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the apps.
  • If you are between 13–17 years old, you may only use the apps with the consent of a parent or legal guardian (if required by law).
  • By creating an account, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • You agree not to share your account with others or use another person’s account without permission.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions (Business App Only)

  • Spotz Business offers Silver, Gold, and Platinum subscription plans, billed monthly.
  • Subscriptions are auto-renewable and charged through Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • You may cancel at any time via your App Store account settings before the next billing cycle.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Payments (User App)

  • Payments for services (e.g., taxi, food delivery, hotel booking) are processed securely through third-party providers.
  • Spotz does not store credit card or banking details.
  • Service providers (vendors) are solely responsible for delivering the services you pay for.

6. Vendor Responsibilities (Business App)

  • Vendors must provide accurate business details, menus, pricing, and service availability.
  • Vendors are responsible for fulfilling services booked by users.
  • Vendors may not use the platform for illegal, misleading, or fraudulent activities.
  • Spotz reserves the right to suspend or remove vendors who violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, designs, and software in the apps belong to Spotz and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the apps without our written consent.

8. Termination and Deletion

  • You may terminate your account anytime by using the Delete Account option in the apps.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Spotz acts as a platform connecting users and vendors. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of services provided by vendors.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spotz is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from services booked or purchased through the apps.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the apps, and continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Cyprus. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
